What happens before a change is published
An operator checks ownership through an established business channel, checks the factual source, records the decision and reviews the public result. Submitting information will not automatically publish it or establish licensing, insurance, service quality or endorsement.
Corrections, photo removal requests and disputed facts will use the same free review process. Commercial requests will remain separate. A functional isolated test workflow has been built for the operator; public activation awaits review.
